![]() ![]() ![]() That's literally a deathsentence in Skavendom. Stronger in faction then a Skaven? They should grovel, try to appease you, only to backstab you. Welves shouldn't care if you're a great power. Settra loves you for being stronger then him. They want to fight you yes, but they respect you. Great power debuff against Norsca diplomacy? They should flock to the stronger faction. Great power debuff against other Lizardmen as Mazdamundi. Neither should the Helves get upset Tirion has a army stronger then them. Other Dwarves should not resent the Highking for having a stronger army. Great power should not exist in some factions. Using mods to fix a broken mechanic ingame is only a bandaid. I hope this is fixed in Warhammer 3 along side a new Diplomatic system but I really hope CA see this and consider changes to it in future Warhammer 2 updates. In it's current state, it's just another way for the AI to declare war on us to make the game 'harder'. Or even better, make it so some factions don't care (Skaven, Greenskins etc) and some factions care only for land they think is theirs (Bretonnia). I'd understand he'd be pissed if we started to take Empire settlements but if I take settlements in Athel Loren he shouldn't give 3 ♥♥♥♥♥.Ĭome on CA, it's not a difficult task to simply either remove the feature, or make it cap at -10 relations once you have more than, let's say, 10 settlements. Wood elves are unplayable to what we want to play them as because Franz will declare war on you for having 3 settlements that belong to your faction in the first place. This is a useful mechanic, but as it is it's completely and utterly broken. It makes 0 sense for a faction that is MORE powerful than the player to dislike us because of great power, even more so for the Empire to hate us for great power when we are literally killing the Vampire counts, their arch enemies!! ![]() You give us factions designed to play tall (for example the new Wood Elves) yet we cannot because very faction in the game apart from tomb kings wants to impale us with a rotten stick because we have more than 1 settlement. It's implemented so horrendously that it completely ruins the already terrible diplomatic system in Warhammer 2. This mechanic is the worst mechanic in this whole game. ![]()
